    My neighbor complained about noise from my workout in the middle of the day. Am I not allowed to make noise during the day?

    Generally there is Rest time from 22:00 to 6:00 and Sundays the whole day. So unless you are extremely loud or within the rest time, your Neighbour has to be okay with your workout noise.
